With seven apartments accommodating up to 40 guests, our property includes 13 bedrooms (seven twins, five doubles, and one triple) and twelve bathrooms, with additional beds available. For larger gatherings, extra accommodation nearby brings the total capacity to over 80 guests. Groups renting the entire Cortijo enjoy exclusive use of the property, including the swimming pool and dining room. Cathryn Laura Herbert has received aid from the European Union under the NextGenerationEU Fund, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, for a photovoltaic installation for self-consumption within the program of incentives linked to self-consumption and storage, with renewable energy sources, as well as the implementation of renewable thermal systems in the residential sector of the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge, managed by the Regional Government of Andalusia, through the Andalusian Energy Agency.
