With seven apartments and up to 40 guests, the accommodation includes a total of 13 bedrooms – seven twins, five doubles and one triple, with additional beds available, and including twelve bathrooms. Additional accommodation available nearby, taking the total number of guests to 80+. Groups renting the whole Cortijo get exclusive use of the property, including swimming pool and dining room. Cathryn Laura Herbert has received aid from the European Union under the NextGenerationEU Fund, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, for a photovoltaic installation for self-consumption within the program of incentives linked to self-consumption and storage, with renewable energy sources, as well as the implementation of renewable thermal systems in the residential sector of the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge, managed by the Regional Government of Andalusia, through the Andalusian Energy Agency.
