Cortijo La Presa is one of the most magical wedding venues in the region.  A traditional Andalucian farmhouse, beautifully restored. Set among its own olive groves, Cortijo La Presa is near the foot of the highest mountain in Córdoba province, La Tiñosa, where the only sounds usually heard are the chirping of the birds and the neighing of our horses. 

In the Subbeticas Natural Park and in the heart of the countryside, with a number of beautiful ceremony and reception locations within our extensive grounds, Cortijo La Presa is a superb place to host your special event.

Up to 44 of your guests can stay onsite, with other accommodation available nearby for up to 120 guests. You will have exclusive use of all our apartments and grounds. Many couples and their guests stay with us for up to a week.

What does a three-day wedding at Cortijo La Presa look like?

  • Day 1: Welcome Gathering/BBQ
    Guests arrive and settle into their accommodation. The festivities begin with a relaxed welcome BBQ or paella night, giving everyone a chance to mingle and soak up the Andalusian atmosphere.

  • Day 2: The Wedding Day
    After a leisurely breakfast, the morning is for getting ready, pre-ceremony photos, and enjoying the beautiful grounds. The ceremony takes place in your chosen location, followed by canapés and cava, a delicious dinner under the stars, and dancing late into the night—no curfew, and no sound restrictions, just celebration!

  • Day 3: Farewell Brunch & Pool Party
    The final day is all about winding down together: a brunch and a poolside pizza, pasta, party, time to relax, swim, and enjoy the countryside before saying your goodbyes.
