By making a reservation with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and they apply from the time you make your reservation. Please read them carefully.
Other terms and conditions may apply if your reservation is made through third party booking channels or travel agents.

RULE|S OF THE CORTIJO - KEY POINTS
- · Your reservation is for the NUMBER OF GUESTS you made the booking for. ADDITIONAL GUESTS will NOT be allowed to check in. Please be sure to make your reservation for the correCt nUmber of adults and children
- · Credit card for lead guest and Photo ID for ALL guests required at check-in
- · Pets are allowed only by PRIOR arrangement and subject to availability. Additional charges apply
- · Except in your apartment, upper terrace and BBQ areas all food and drink to be supplied by Cortijo La Presa. Use of our dining room is at additional cost. If you wish to have a party, please contact us in advance. Exclusive use of the whole Cortijo is also available at additional cost
- · Please leave your apartment as you find it and do not to soil or leave rubbish in public areas
- · A security deposit may be required
- · No smoking inside

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in is from 15:00. If you will be arriving after 20:00, please let us know.
Check-out is between 08:00 and 11:00
PRICES
Prices are valid for individual apartment reservations only - not applicable to groups or events where special rates may apply.
Prices for groups, parties, events and celebrations and exclusive use of the Cortijo are available on request.
Please note that prices and availability may change at any time.
RESERVATIONS AND CHECK-IN
DEPOSIT
To confirm a reservation, a minimum 50% deposit is required. Some reservations made through our website or online travel agents/booking portals may require payment in full at the time of booking. Any remaining balance must be paid by credit card/in cash on or before your arrival. Please refer to our Cancellation Policies below.
PAYMENT AND CREDIT CARD - PRE-AUTHORISATION AT CHECK-IN
Full payment for your accommodation and any agreed extras is required in cash (euros) or by credit card at or before check-in and our Terms and Conditions apply.
A valid credit card in the name of the guest checking in is also required. A pre-authorisation will be placed on your card. This is to cover any costs you incur during your stay with us.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
We also reserve the right to ask guests for a security deposit on arrival. The deposit will be refunded in full on the day of departure only if the apartment, equipment and furnishings are left in the same condition as on arrival and if there is no damage to or soiling of the public guest areas.
GUEST REGISTRATION
When making the reservation, the lead guest must provide their full name, email address, telephone number and photo ID and must be at least 18 years of age.
All guests are required to provide their original valid government-issued photo identification (Passport, DNI, TIE, etc.) at the latest at check-in. Please use our online check-in facility. This scans your ID document and allows us to collect the information required by the Guardia Civil. (Police).
Details of all guests must be registered. This is a legal requirement. Information regarding your license plate/car description is also gathered at check-in for security.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
INDIVIDUAL APARTMENT RESERVATIONS (UP TO 3 APARTMENTS)
If a reservation is cancelled at least 7 days before check-in date, the deposit will be refunded. (Bank transfer/credit card charges will be deducted if applicable). If a reservation is cancelled less than 7 days before check-in date, the full amount payable for your reservation will become due. No-shows will be charged the full amount. For reservations made DIRECTLY THROUGH OUR WEBSITE, there may be special cancellation policies and the number of days mentioned above may vary. Please see the booking pages on our website.
RESERVATIONS FOR FOUR OR MORE APARTMENTS OR THE WHOLE CORTIJO
If a reservation is cancelled at least 60 days before check-in date, the deposit will be refunded. (Bank transfer/credit card charges will be deducted if applicable). If a reservation is cancelled less than 60 days before check-in date, the full amount payable for your reservation will become due. No-shows will be charged the full amount.
RESERVATIONS THROUGH BOOKING PORTALS AND ON-LINE TRAVEL AGENTS - the cancellation policy established in each specific case will apply.
COVID 19
You can request a change of dates if you or any of your group test positive for COVID. We may require documentary evidence to confirm. No refunds will be given.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
At guest’s risk - but subject to Spanish law.
